The type of yoga offered is a gentle yoga that focuses on health and wellness at all levels of the person. During these classes, special attention is placed on body alignment and the use of the breath to aid the flow of energy. Each class begins with a relaxation exercise and progresses through:

- Wear comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement
- Invest in your own yoga mat. Tips on buying a Yoga Mat
- Always practice at your own level
- Don't compare yourself to others
- Arrive 10-15 minutes before class begins to set up and relax
- If you arrive after the warmup please wait until the meditation is over before entering the studio
- Practice yoga in bare feet
- Please do not chew gum in class. It is distracting to others and not very helpful when doing poses such as cobra or various neck exercises.
